Curtis Wilcox knows Swedish Covenant Hospital’s impact on the community. He wanted to give back while doing something he enjoys – tennis. He partnered with Dr. Javed Imam, also an avid tennis player, to co-chair a tennis tournament.“I am honored to have the opportunity to support cancer care at Swedish Covenant Hospital,” said Curtis. “Many people are affected by cancer, whether they experience it themselves, or support a loved one through treatment. It is a tough fight, and the funds raised will make a difference for patients and their families who receive care at Swedish Covenant Hospital.”The Tennis Tournament held Saturday, June 6, raised $7,000 for The Center for Advanced Therapy in Cancer, Hematology, Infusion and Radiotherapy at Swedish Covenant Hospital. The center offers advanced medical treatments as well as a survivorship program to support patients from cancer diagnosis through treatment, and beyond.Thank you to all of our supporters – Co-chairs Dr. Javed Imam and Curtis Wilcox, VALIC Financial Advisor, sponsors, and players – for making the tournament a success.Learn more about upcoming events.
